Greetings Dieselfunkateers! I’m starting to like this whole Bleeding Cool Dieselfunk Dispatch thing. I’m able to cover not just my experience in publishing, but also touch upon things I find of interest..that may affect my work anyway. In this case we come to the Planet Deep South Symposium: Black And Brown Futures.

The symposium was held in San Antonio, Texas and sponsored by University of Texas at San Antonio Professor, Dr. Kinitra D.Brooks. Most notable is an awesome Black Panther Panel discussion that featured some of the baddest Afrofuturist Scholars on on the planet.
